Robin Whatling is a Chief Operating Officer, entrepreneur, and former Police Officer with extensive experience in strategic business development—notably across renewable energy, architecture, security technology, and automotive sectors.
Robin is recognised for his strategic insight, operational precision, and ability to drive sustainable growth across multi-disciplinary sectors. He has led business expansion initiatives in the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, building partnerships and enhancing performance in commercial, industrial, and government developments.
Robin takes a quiet, unassuming approach to leadership, favouring collaboration and precision over profile. Based in the UK, he is recognised for his strategic insight, cross-sector experience, and results-driven mindset, establishing him as a trusted advisor and catalyst for sustainable growth
Ali Alaswad is a former Member of Parliament with extensive experience in project management, civil engineering, and business development. He holds an MSc in Project Management from the University of Liverpool, an H.N. Diploma in Integrated Water Resources Management from the Arab Gulf University in Bahrain, and a BSc in Civil Engineering.
Ali is recognised for his strong decision-making abilities and deep understanding of market dynamics and project viability. He has completed several professional courses in business development and risk management, further strengthening his expertise in strategic consultancy.
Based in London, Ali works across the United Kingdom as a consultant and is currently engaged with major companies in Baghdad as a business development advisor. His postgraduate research focused on “Factors That Influence the Establishment of Trustworthy Client–Consultant Relationships in Management Consultancies in the UK.”
David Plant is an ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect with over 25 years of international experience across mixed-use, residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and sustainable urban design projects. He has advised public authorities and major developers, bringing strategic design insight that supports vision-led, environmentally responsible development aligned with the ambitions of leading Middle Eastern cities.
David contributes to design review panels in the UK, offering expertise in design governance, planning policy, and major project assessment. He founded Scene Architects in 2011, growing it into a multidisciplinary practice with offices across the UK and a portfolio of domestic and international work, including emerging projects in the Middle East.
Recognised for his design leadership and expertise in early-stage development strategy, David guides clients and project teams through complex planning, regulatory, and contextual challenges. His portfolio spans large-scale masterplans, new communities, luxury residences, commercial destinations, and sustainable public realm environments—reflecting his commitment to high-quality, future-focused architecture.
